1. Service-Based Business
Xunvort provides digital services including web design, development, SEO, and hosting. Due to the nature of our services, traditional return policies do not apply. However, we are committed to your satisfaction.
2. Deposits and Payments
- Deposits: Initial deposits (typically 50%) are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Final Payments: Due upon project completion and approval
- Monthly Services: Can be cancelled with 30 days notice
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with our work:
- Unlimited revisions during the design phase (as specified in your contract)
- Clear communication throughout the project
- Opportunity to provide feedback at each milestone
- Post-launch support as specified in your agreement
4. Project Cancellation
By Client:
- You may cancel before work begins for a full refund minus administrative fees
- If work has commenced, you will be charged for work completed up to that point
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has started
By Xunvort:
- We reserve the right to cancel projects that violate our policies
- In such cases, we will refund any payments for uncompleted work
5. Monthly Services (Hosting, Maintenance, SEO)
- Monthly services can be cancelled anytime with 30 days written notice
- No refunds for partial months
- Annual plans may be eligible for pro-rated refunds (minus setup fees)
6. Disputes
If you're unsatisfied with our services:

- We will work with you to find a reasonable solution
- All disputes will be handled in good faith
7. Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. This is at our sole discretion and depends on factors such as:
- Stage of project completion
- Nature of the issue
- Work already performed
- Contractual obligations
